1. Service Terms

• Services are provided based on availability and prior appointment.

• Prices are subject to change based on consultation.

• Users must ensure that vehicles are in suitable condition for servicing.

2. Booking & Cancellation

• Bookings must be confirmed in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur charges.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Full payment must be made before or upon service completion.

• Refunds are processed based on our refund policy.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damages to vehicles.

• Motor Guardian is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Customers must remove valuables from vehicles before service.

5. User Conduct

• Users must provide accurate information during bookings.

• Any fraudulent activity will result in service denial.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws. Any disputes shall be settled in the respective courts.
